Set up
Navigate to the ERP/Integrations tab, select Microsoft Dynamics from the menu, and click the icon. The Connection Wizard will appear.

Navigate to the ERP/Integrations tab, select Microsoft Dynamics from the menu, and click the icon. The Connection Wizard will appear.
Navigate through the wizard steps and select Microsoft Dynamics from the dropdown menu. You will be shown which data Credit-IQ will have access to via Microsoft Dynamics. A new window will open, log into your Microsoft Dynamics account and authorize the connection by clicking “approve”.
Once all your invoice data is synced, you can begin tracking accounts receivable and configuring workflows for your customers.
