Invoice reminder software for customers at home and abroad

Set up your workflows once and Credit-IQ follows up every overdue invoice for you. Reminders go out on the days you choose, in the tone and language that suit each customer, with what they need to pay. You can see what was delivered, what was opened and how your customer replied.

Automated payment reminders

Credit-IQ works from the invoices in your accounting software and sends the right reminder when an invoice is about to fall due or becomes overdue. Start with our pre-set templates or write your own, add your logo and branding, and set the tone anywhere from casual to formal. Reminders before the due date help you get ahead of late payment.

A workflow for every customer and market

Not every customer needs the same approach. Build separate workflows for different customers, risk levels or countries, set the timing of each step and decide how many reminders come before the next stage. Add a phone call where a conversation works better than an email, and make it blocking so the workflow waits until the call has been made. Credit-IQ can send you a daily email with the calls you have scheduled.

Reminders in your customer's language

Pre-set reminders are available in 8 languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Chinese. Need another one? Write your own templates in any language and assign them to the customers who need them. They go out automatically as part of the workflow.

The right bank details for every currency

If you get paid into more than one account, for example one for sterling and one for euros, add them all to Credit-IQ and choose which bank details appear in each workflow. Your customer sees the right payment information every time, which is one less reason to pay late.

Choose when reminders go out

Pick the days of the week and the time of day that reminders are sent. If a reminder falls due on a day you have switched off, such as a Saturday, Credit-IQ holds it and sends it on the next sending day. Nothing gets lost.

One email for several overdue invoices

When a customer has more than one overdue invoice, Credit-IQ can group the reminders into a single email. You choose the interval between reminders and whether to count calendar or working days. If you use Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Exact Online UK, FreeAgent, MYOB or Zoho Books, you can also attach a copy of each invoice, so your customer has everything they need to pay.

Every reply in one place

See every email sent to every customer contact and whether it was delivered, opened or bounced. When a customer replies, Credit-IQ captures the reply and links it to the original reminder, so the whole conversation sits with the customer and the invoice. Want a colleague or a local contact to see every email? Add them in copy with CC and BCC settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send payment reminders in other languages?

Yes. Pre-set reminders are available in 8 languages, and you can write your own templates in any other language. Assign a template to the customers who need it and it is sent automatically as part of their workflow.

Can I attach the invoice to a payment reminder?

Yes, if your accounting software supports it. Copy invoices can be attached for Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Exact Online UK, FreeAgent, MYOB and Zoho Books. You can switch it on for a whole workflow or for a single reminder.

What if a customer agrees to pay on a later date?

Record a promise to pay on the invoice. The due date in your accounting software stays the same, and Credit-IQ offers to move the pending workflow steps so nothing is sent before the agreed date.

What happens to a reminder that falls due at the weekend?

If you have switched weekends off in your sending schedule, the reminder is held and sent on the next sending day at your chosen time.

What if reminders don't work?

Add the next steps to the same workflow. A Final Demand Letter goes out under Atradius Collections letterhead, and you can choose to escalate the case to Atradius Collections. See Recovery for how it works.
