Work on your receivables together

Getting paid is rarely one person's job. Credit-IQ puts every task, note and customer in one place, so everyone can see what has happened, what comes next and who is doing it. If you run more than one company, each keeps its own settings while you keep the overview.

Centralised tasks

Every accounts receivable task sits in one list: calls to make, disputes to look into, promises to check. You can see what is done, what is due and when one task is holding up another.

Assign tasks and filter by "my tasks"

Hand a task to a colleague with the context they need and a deadline. The "my tasks" filter shows each person only what is assigned to them, so a long shared list doesn't get in the way of today's work.

Account notes

Leave notes on a customer account at any stage. When someone else picks up the account, they can see what was agreed and what still needs doing, so your customer isn't asked the same question twice.

User management

Add colleagues and choose what each of them can see and do. There are four access levels, owner, admin, regular and read only, so finance, sales and management each get the access that fits their role.

Multiple entities

Manage several companies from one Credit-IQ account. Each entity has its own subscription, accounting connection, branding, workflows, users, bank details, language and currency. Arrange them as parent and child companies and switch between them in one click. Entities can be set up in the UK, US, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

Search and bulk actions

Find any customer, invoice or task by company name, registration number, VAT number, invoice number, date, reference or tag. When you need to change a lot of records at once, such as reassigning accounts or updating workflows, do it in one go with bulk actions.
