Accounts receivable dashboard and reporting
Credit-IQ gives you a clear picture of your receivables without building a spreadsheet. See balances, overdue invoices and expected payments at a glance, find out which countries carry the most risk, and click through from any figure to the invoices behind it.
AR overview dashboard
Your dashboard shows your outstanding balance, what is overdue and what is due soon. Click an overdue figure to go straight to the invoices behind it, then filter by customer, status or workflow to decide what to do next.
AR risk map
See where your overdue invoices are concentrated on an interactive map. Each country is coloured green, amber or red based on invoices more than 60 days overdue, by percentage, number or amount. Hover over a country to see its outstanding balance and highest-risk customers, or click it to open a filtered customer list. If you run several entities, you can view them combined.
Every currency in one view
Invoices in other currencies keep their original amount and currency, exactly as they came from your accounting software. Credit-IQ converts them into your chosen reporting currency using the exchange rate on the invoice date, then locks that rate, so your dashboard totals don't shift every time exchange rates move. Payments are matched in the invoice's own currency, so they still reconcile.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Credit-IQ report on invoices in different currencies?
Yes. Each invoice keeps its original amount and currency, and Credit-IQ converts it into your reporting currency using the exchange rate on the invoice date. The rate is locked, so historical figures don't change when exchange rates do.
How up to date is the data?
Credit-IQ receives updates from your accounting software twice a day.
What does the AR risk map show?
It shows where your overdue invoices are concentrated by country, based on invoices more than 60 days overdue. You can switch between percentage, number and amount, and click a country to see the customers behind it.
Can I see figures for several companies together?
Yes. If you manage several entities in Credit-IQ, the AR risk map can show their combined data. Customer lists always show the customers of the entity you are working in.
